Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You agree that this TOU and your access to and use of this web site are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
